Celebrating our 42nd Anniversary

This week, Westminster Canterbury Richmond celebrates our 42nd Anniversary. For more than forty years our goal has been to help seniors live the best life possible. Our campus continues to improve, transforming our ability to provide excellence and compassion for our residents.

Campus spaces like the Center for Creative Living, including the Cochrane Commons, Sara Belle November Theater, McGue-Millhiser Art Studio and W. Richard “Bim” Gordon Woodworking Shop, provide space for amazing programming available to all residents regardless of financial or health status.

Right now our efforts are focused on the Tower building, a central part of campus and resident life. The Roof Terrace overlooking the city is undergoing a complete redesign to create a destination for parties, meetings and events. The entire Tower exterior will soon undergo exterior upgrades with handsome new architectural details, readying it for the next decades. The Promenade, our largest dining area, is scheduled for a snappy renovation in 2018. As Tower apartments become available, they are upgraded with modern floorplans, appliances and fixtures, making them attractive options for living your best life at Westminster Canterbury.

To celebrate this progress, the Sales and Marketing team at Westminster Canterbury hosts a series of events for community members interested in learning more about Westminster Canterbury. These events include a casual tour of campus followed by an interactive cooking demonstration and delicious lunch prepared by Westminster Canterbury chefs. If you’re interested in learning more about these events or the ever-evolving campus at Westminster Canterbury, please contact Stacey Nannery, Director of Sales and Marketing at (804) 264-6062 or snannery@wcrichmond.org.
