Our employees are recognized for their excellent work and customer service regularly. We appreciate them for helping to ensure our residents and staff Live Life Well every day.
The Hall of Fame Awards and The Brendan Hayes Appreciation Award are the highest honors given to employees for serving our residents and staff. Each year, the Hall of Fame Awards recognize four full-time employees who consistently demonstrate outstanding customer service – we call it The Westminster Canterbury Way (TWCW). The Brendan Hayes Appreciation Award recognizes one part-time employee for outstanding TWCW service excellence.
These employees have been recognized for their consistent commitment to excellence.
