Getting a Workout from the Comfort of Home

Many of us are feeling antsy from remaining socially distant inside our homes. While we are able to get outside for a walk and to enjoy some sunshine, many fitness centers and group exercise classes have temporarily ceased normal operation. Two of Westminster Canterbury Richmond’s fitness specialists, Patti Pickering and Julie McElduff, put together a short exercise program you can do from the comfort of your own home.
