It’s time for your monthly dose of Vibrancy! construction news from Westminster Canterbury Richmond. We are reaching new heights as November begins. The new entrance into Avalon is nearly complete, with a sunlit staircase leading to the second floor, new finishes and a grand lobby. Final exterior finishes are being put on the north Courtyard Elevator and the masonry walls for Village Apartments #3 have climbed to level four and are expanding quickly.
