Westminster Canterbury Richmond’s Vibrancy! construction is starting off 2023 with a bang as we welcome the “tower crane” and “assist crane.” President and CEO John Burns explains the crane installation process as a time-lapse video shows how quickly it happens. We also see the metal work begin on Village Apartment Building 4 and timelines for foundation work of Buildings 1 and 2.
