Ongoing stress contributes to many physical and mental health problems. Learning different techniques for managing stress is a key factor to staying happy and healthy!

Here at Westminster Canterbury Richmond, we are dedicated to providing programs that nurture all aspects of wellness. Donors to Westminster Canterbury Foundation provided support for one of our fitness specialists, Taryn Young, to complete a training course in stress management. Taryn presented her knowledge in a four-week program for our residents and staff called Stress Mastery for Brain and Body. Now more than ever, we can all benefit from tips to manage our stress.
