Tower Exterior Renovation Project
Our long-awaited Tower exterior renovation project began in August and has really progressed. The ceiling in a portion of the Roof Terrace has been raised and the 42 year-old windows are being replaced with energy-efficient glass curtain wall system. When completed, the Terrace will include fully accessible outdoor patios with new space everyone can enjoy.
At the ground level, the porte cochère has been redesigned and improved. Along the exterior, we are updating the building façade with a new Exterior Insulated Finish System (EIFS) on the main level and the 7th and 8thfloor building elevations. It is interesting to note that the majority of this work has been done on swing stages.

We are looking forward to the completion of the porte cochère in February and the completion of the Roof Terrace in May. The rest of the façade work on the exterior will be finished by November.
