Vibrant Vision Kick-Off Concert Starts the Summer Season
After a long season dominated by COVID-19, Westminster Canterbury Richmond residents enjoyed the opening of the Summer Garden Concert Series with a special double concert on May 20, 2021. Attendees to the concert on our Ellipse enjoyed the Bellevue Rhythmaires. Those who attended in our Wright Courtyard Garden West enjoyed Gallatin Canyon. Though every single one of our live performances are provided by Westminster Canterbury Foundation, thanks to the generosity of our donors, this Foundation-sponsored concert was extra special. Seated at festive tables and enjoying treats, sipping sparkling French wine and wearing fun sunglasses, residents learned of the Foundation’s ambitious Vibrant Vision Campaign. The $20 million fundraising effort began in 2019 and has already achieved more than $17 million in generous contributions! We’ll share Vibrant Vision’s goals in our next post. Outdoor concerts are a fun and safe way to enjoy live music, share time with loved ones and beat the pandemic blues!
