We Wish You a Merry Christmas!
Employees and staff gather to share in the gratitude that marks the season.
The holidays are very special here at Westminster Canterbury Richmond, and we celebrate the many aspects of the season with generosity. With that spirit, our residents work together to give a gift to our staff of nearly 700 through the Employee Christmas Fund. The staff thanks the residents at the annual presentation with a rendition of “We Wish You a Merry Christmas.” As staff enter the theater singing to residents, the festive atmosphere is shared and memorable.
The outstanding customer service our residents receive is the result of our very special customer service model – The Westminster Canterbury Way. All employees receive ongoing training and practice daily caring and stewardship.
We strive to improve the lives of those we serve every day. Our residents are the beneficiaries of our helpful, mission-focused, and people-centered way of being. They show their appreciation in many ways, but formally acknowledge their gratitude during this annual holiday presentation.
