Meeting the demand
Because Westminster Canterbury Richmond is such a popular community, the wait list for admission, also known as the Canterbury Club, has built up over time. With the introduction of Vibrancy!, we can ensure that many of the people in the Canterbury Club can be served while also bringing new faces into the community!
The Canterbury Club isn’t the only reason demand exists for additional space at Westminster Canterbury Richmond, though. Our community is known for the richness of its programming and the enthusiasm of the residents—this means that the many activities and programs have started to outpace the available space here. With Vibrancy! being added to our neighborhood, we will increase the number of activities and services we provide, as well.
What Vibrancy! adds to the campus
Of course, Vibrancy! isn’t just expanding our footprint. It will also bring a number of exciting and helpful new additions to the community. For one, there will be 98 brand-new residences set among two new apartment projects, with a choice of many spacious and beautiful floor plans for incoming residents.
The Vitality Apartments will be located above the Vital Living Center, which you’ll learn more about shortly. Attached to the main campus and closest to the new fitness center and pool, these spacious apartments will add even more luxurious living to campus in an ultra-convenient location.
Vibrancy! will also include the already-sought-after Village Apartments each with charming architecture that’s just three to four stories high.
